Shipping & Exchange
For our shipments, we rely on Printful, an on-demand order fulfillment and warehousing service that fulfills and ships products including clothing, accessories, and home & living items for online businesses. They work with some of the best global carriers to bring you the most affordable and reliable delivery options depending on the area where the order is to be delivered.
Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with all the data you need to track your shipment via email.

During these covid times, it is possible that customer service and shipping times may take longer than usual.
If your product is defected or damaged, let us know within 15 days and we can send you a new order or provide a discount on your next order. Before ordering, please check our size guide as we cannot exchange your product if it is the wrong size.
Late orders (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your order yet, first check your shipment tracking code.
Please keep in mind there might be delays due to the high volume in the postal system. We may ask you to wait for an extended period of 15 business days after your expected delivery time before we can consider the product(s) as lost in transit. Don’t worry, most orders are being delivered, it just might take longer than usual. If the package doesn't arrive by then please reach back out to us so we can investigate further.
